A Macomb County jury has convicted 29-year-old Christopher Michael Rushing-Mckinney in connection with the sexual assault of two young girls.
Authorities say Rushing-Mckinney sexually assaulted two minor female relatives in the basement of his Warren home. On August 21, 2024, he was charged with four counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct First Degree (Person under 13, Defendant 17 Years of Age or Older).
Rushing-Mckinney was found guilty last week on all four charges after a two-day jury trial.
He faces up to life in prison with a minimum mandatory of 25 years. His sentencing date is yet to be determined.
