Legal, design and construction experts will meet April 23-25 during the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law 2025 Annual Meeting, “Return of the contractors — Transforming the construction landscape,” in Austin, Texas.
The three-day meeting brings together national and international experts who will discuss and explore the life cycle of a construction project. Programs and events will provide education and networking opportunities for attorneys and other construction professionals.
The Diversity Breakfast keynote speaker will be Luis Spinola, founder of the Azteca Omega Group in Dallas, Texas, on Friday, April 25, from 8-9:10 a.m. Azteca Omega Group builds public projects, including aviation, education, historical renovation, hospitality, transportation and sports facilities among others. Spinola also devotes significant time and energy to improving the lives of others within the construction industry. His most recent project supports the Regional Black Contractors Association of Dallas’ Second Chance Program, which helps ex-offenders learn skills and find jobs in the construction industry to rebuild their lives after prison.
