The Michigan
Association for Justice Women’s Caucus hosted its 7th Annual Women’s
Caucus Judicial Mixer “Sip & Socialize” last month at Hazel’s in
Birmingham. Among those gathering for some socializing were (left to
right) Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Julie Gatti; Oakland County
Circuit Court Judges Maureen Kinsella, Victoria Valentine, and Amanda
Shelton; Macomb County 39th District Court Judge Alyia Hakim; Macomb
County Probate Court Judge Sara Schimke; Michigan Court of Appeals Judge
Kristina Garrett; Michigan Supreme Court Justice Kimberly Thomas; and
U.S. District Court Judge Shalina Kumar, Eastern District of Michigan.
