To The Max, a new food truck and catering business owned by Climax-Scotts High School graduates Kelly “Kaos” Leach and Kevin “Baldie” Harvey, will have their grand opening event at 11 AM Saturday, May 31.
To The Max will be opening on their permanent Climax location at Avalon Farms, 14302 E. OP Ave. across the street from Battle Creek Farm Bureau. The 1991 and 1998 C-S Graduates hope to expand truly local food options while leaning into the heritage, culture and history of the area through their unique brand of marketing and menu items linked to the Climax-Scotts Community’s people and places.
To The Max will feature “A Rotating Menu of Barbecue Delights,” offering different main courses and sides each time they are open.
