Training time

The Macomb County Office of Public Defender recently partnered with the Face Addiction Now (FAN) organization to present a Naloxone training course. Pictured at the session held in the MCPD office in downtown Mt. Clemens are (left to right): Sherriee Detzler, compliance attorney with the Office of Public Defender; Marisa Engardio with FAN; and Thomas Tomko, Macomb County Public Defender. Naloxone, also known by the brand name Narcan, is a medication used to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose.
