The Charleston Township Board severed ties with the attorney the township has had a working relationship with for approximately 45 years at a special township board meeting June 12.
In a letter sent to Craig Rolfe, of Craig A. Rolfe, PLLC, thanking him for his many years serving as the Township Board’s legal counsel, the township board states it is going in a different direction.
The Township Board then chose Robert Thall of Bauckham, Thall, Seeber, Kaufman & Koches, P.C., as legal counsel.
The letter to Rolfe states the last day of the attorney’s service was June 16, 2025.
