Life is lived only in the now.
Each moment is meant to be a gentle experience of God.
This moment is filled with the presence of God.
This moment is my journey into God.
It is a waste of psychic and spiritual energy to be concerned about what other people think about me.
Life is always a gentle embrace of the now.
To focus gently on now becomes a focus on the amazing presence of a loving God.
My soul will always be at rest in the gentle embrace and gentle focus on now.
In the now, everything I see and everyone I see become an uplifting divine experience.
In the present moment God is with me.
Because God is with me in this moment my soul will always be at rest.
The gentle embrace of pain and the gentle embrace of joy is the doorway into God’s presence and God’s love.
There is no need to rush to the next moment. Life, love and God are happening right now.
Life becomes simple and amazing at the same time when I remain reflectively in this sacred moment.
Rushing through life is avoiding life.
The gentle embrace and acceptance of this moment becomes a gentle and uplifting experience of God.
Life becomes such a wonderful journey when I focus only on this present moment.
To slow down in each moment is to experience life in an uplifting and profound manner.
Inner joy and peace result from the gentle embrace of this moment.
I will be at rest when I am quiet with God in the embrace of this present moment.
The gentle embrace of this moment is to stop and analyzing and start feeling.
