The Appellate Practice Section and the Young Lawyers Section of  the State Bar of Michigan will present the webinar “Nuts & Bolts of Appeals, Part 1” on Wednesday, Sept. 10, beginning at noon via Zoom.

This seminar is for any attorney who finds themselves appealing a judgment or order. It will examine the intricacies and nuances of Applications for Leave to Appeal and Claims of Appeal.

Attendees will learn the nuts and bolts of initiating an appeal from some of Michigan's most experienced appellate practitioners. The speakers will discuss and answer questions about all facets of appealing to the Michigan Court of Appeals.
