Ethics Tips
The Oakland County Bar Association presented a professional development seminar titled “Ethics II: Avoiding Bar Complaints and Attorney Discipline” on Tuesday, September 9, at the OCBA offices in Bloomfield Hills. Speaking at the program was Cooley Law School Professor Martha D. Moore (pictured) who offered advice and tips on how to avoid complaints and discipline issues. The session was designed to promote ethical practice and awareness of professional responsibility requirements in Michigan.
