‘Looking Back at DOGE’ presented
at law school Oct. 30


Wayne State University Law School will present a program on “Looking Back at DOGE” Thursday, October 30, from 12:15 to 1:45 p.m. in DJK 2242 at the law school, 471 W. Palmer Ave. in Detroit. 

This debate will examine what the administration accomplished with DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) and whether it represents a legitimate exercise of executive power or a destabilizing overreach. The speakers will address constitutional questions surrounding executive authority, the role of the permanent bureaucracy, and the implications of DOGE for the future of the administrative state.
