On Monday, 26-year-old Brandon Redd, of Roseville, 27-year-old Alante Smith, and 23-year-old Bernard Woodward, both of Detroit, were arraigned before Judge Joseph Oster in the 40th District Court in St. Clair Shores.
The men were each charged with conducting a criminal enterprise, a 20-year felony.
Oster set Redd and Smith’s bond at $100,000 cash/surety. Woodward’s bond is set at $200,000 cash/surety.
The court set the probable cause conference for Tuesday, Oct. 21.
It is alleged that since the beginning of 2025, Redd, Smith, and Woodward were responsible for more than 30 thefts of Dodge Ram infotainment centers as well as other auto theft-related crimes across Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne Counties.
The Macomb Auto Theft Squad together with the St. Clair Shores Police Department, the Eastpointe Police Department, and the Oakland County Auto Theft Taskforce identified and arrested the three men.
