‘Building a Trauma-Informed Culture in Your Court’ offered online

The National Center for State Courts will present a webinar on “Building a Trauma-Informed Culture in Your Court” Thursday, Oct. 16, from 1a a.m. to noon via Zoom.

The webinar will explore strategies for creating supportive environments that promote well-being, trust, and psychological safety in the workplace.

Panelists will examine the impact of workplace trauma and share practical ways court leaders can respond with empathy and awareness.

Speaking at the webinar will be:

• Kim Etherton, licensed independent mental health practitioner, Lincoln, Nebraska
• Moderator Abby Kuschel, principal court management consultant, NCSC
