‘Law Firm Financial Management’ discussed

American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education will present a webcast on “Law Firm Financial Management: Strategies, Tools, and Safeguards” Wednesday, Nov. 12, from noon to 1  p.m.

• Practical methods for financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting

• The keys to effective billing rates and managing revenue streams

• Expense management strategies to identify, analyze, and reduce cost drivers

• How to recognize and mitigate financial risks unique to law firms

• Best practices for internal controls, fraud prevention, and compliance

• The role of technology in tracking, reporting, and streamlining financial tasks

• Dos and don’ts from a CPA to keep your firm on strong financial footing

Questions will be submitted live to the faculty and all registrants will receive downloadable course materials to accompany the program.
