Webinar looks into ‘Unlocking the Power of Online Case Resolution’

The National Center for State Courts will present a webinar on “Unlocking the Power of Online Case Resolution - Lessons from San Antonio Municipal Court” Tuesday, Dec. 9, from 11 a.m. to noon.

Attendees will discover how online case resolution (OCR) is transforming case management and improving access to justice.  This Driving Justice Collective session highlights San Antonio's successful OCR implementation, offering practical insights, proven strategies, and lessons learned.

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

1. Explain the role of OCR in improving court efficiency and expanding access to justice for high-volume traffic cases.

2. Identify key lessons and best practices from San Antonio's OCR implementation that can be applied in other jurisdictions.

3. Discover available resources and tools to support courts in planning, implementing, and optimizing OCR solutions.
