Spirituality begins with the heart.
Life is meant to be a consistent and humble experience of the divine.
Whenever I condemn and judge others, I lose a positive perspective of life.
Peace results from being a loving and kind person.
Spirituality and positive psychological awareness come from quiet time with God.
When I speak lovingly and positively, my heart becomes filled with God’s loving presence.
Negativity blocks us from joy.
Positive words and actions bring us into a joyful experience of God.
Easy to be negative but when I am positive and loving, life will become peaceful and loving.
Joy happens when I live only in this present moment.
I must not invest in changing others. I must invest only in loving others.
Joy in life is the result of investing in God’s love and investing in love and kindness toward everyone.
When I am negative or critical I block a loving experience of God.
When I become kind, loving and affirming I am able to experience and embrace my own emotional wounds. This becomes the process of healing.
Anger, criticism and resentments block me from healing.
I must feel my real pain in order to heal.
In God, I will experience love, peace and joy in each present moment.
What a joy to invest my heart in God’s Love.
The last two weeks of December can help us to joyfully experience God.
