There was a good turnout at the City of Galesburg’s Easter Egg Hunt March 28 at the old Maskill Field at the G-A Primary School. This event was organized and hosted by the Galesburg-Augusta Business and Community Association. Volunteers from the G-A Business and Community Association put together 3,000 plastic eggs filled with candy for the kids to enjoy. There were special gift baskets given to kids that found Easter eggs containing a gold coin.
