Macomb County Prosecutor Peter Lucido announced that 51-year-old Kimberley Anne Mathers, of Chesterfield, was arraigned Monday and immediately pled no contest to charges stemming from an alleged hit and run traffic incident.
It is alleged that on Monday, February 16, Mathers — the ex-wife of rapper Eminen — was driving a white Range Rover and struck a silver Dodge Ram pickup truck which was parked on a street.
The truck was pushed approximately 50 feet from where it was parked. It is further alleged that Mathers was impaired at the time of the accident.
Mathers was arraigned before Judge William H. Hackel III in the 42-2 District Court in New Baltimore.
Mathers is charged with the following:
Operating – Impaired, a 93-day misdemeanor
Failure to Stop After Collision, a 90-day misdemeanor
After arraignment, Mathers immediately plead no contest to Operating While Impaired and to Failing to Report an Accident.
She is scheduled for a sentencing hearing on June 17.
