Annual Banquet
The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) hosted its 81st Annual Banquet on Saturday, May 9, at MGM Grand Detroit. During the banquet, Outgoing MAJ President Nicholas S. Andrews (right), of Liss & Andrews PC, passed the gavel to Incoming President Barry Conybeare (left), of Conybeare Law Office PC. The event also honored Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Megan Cavanagh with the Judicial Excellence Award, Ven Johnson with the Champion of Justice Award, and Senator Mary Cavanagh with the Legislator of the Year Award.
