A brief sign rededication ceremony recognizing long time Climax-Scotts baseball coach and Hall of Fame coach Robert L. Weessies Jr. at a blue and gold baseball scrimmage was held Memorial Day at Robert L. Weessies Jr. Field.
The old press box at Robert L. Weessies Jr. Field that included Weessies’ name on it, was torn down as part of a voter approved bond renovation project at C-S.
The new sign was installed May 24. The sign was donated by Carleton Equipment Co.
