The State Bar of Michigan’s Business Law Section conducted a seminar featuring ten business court judges on Thursday, May 7, at the Troy Marriott. Doug Toering (center), of Mantese Honigman PC, moderated the panel of judges which included Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Kathyrn Viviano (left) and Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Michael Warren (right). The judicial panel covered several topics including Litigating in the Business Courts, Drafting Governance Documents, Employment Law, Artificial Intelligence, and Internal Investigations.
