Tackett will be arraigned before Judge Julie Gatti at the Macomb County Circuit Court on June 29.
He remains held without bond at the Macomb County Jail.
It is alleged that on Oct. 6, 2025, in Harrison Township and St. Clair Shores, Tackett engaged in a series of violent and reckless acts.
He allegedly broke into five homes — four while the occupants were present — two in St. Clair Shores and two in Harrison Township, with a fifth unoccupied residence in Harrison Township.
He is also accused of carjacking a man in Harrison Township, driving through and damaging the St. Clair Shores Golf Course, traveling the wrong way on I-94, and driving at dangerously high speeds.
Tackett allegedly stabbed a homeowner with a fork and resisted arrest. He eventually abandoned a vehicle and was taken into custody after a foot chase in Harrison Township.
