The Detroit Bar Association and the Third Judicial Circuit Court held their annual June Admissions Ceremony on Wednesday, June 3. The admissions ceremony marks the commencement of individuals beginning the practice of law and is celebrated with friends and family as the venerated lawyers and judges welcome the new lawyers into the profession. The event took place at the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center. A reception with light refreshments was held immediately following the ceremony. Attorneys newly admitted to the Bar are eligible for a one-year free membership to the Detroit Bar Association.
