Construction on the new Climax-Scotts Jr./Sr. High School practice football field behind the old intermediate school started recently. The new practice field was part of the 2023 bond proposal approved by voters. The new practice field is expected to be completed in about three weeks, will be seeded and ready to use for the 2027 football season.
