It is alleged that on Friday, Dec. 26, 2025, Webster fired multiple shots from a handgun into an occupied mobile home. The individuals inside were not injured. It is alleged that Webster had a dispute with one of the occupants of the mobile home.
Lalst Thursday, at a pretrial hearing, Webster pleaded guilty before Judge Richard L. Caretti of the Macomb County Circuit Court to the following charges:
Two Counts: Assault with Intent to Murder, punishable by life imprisonment or any term of years
One Count: Discharge of a Firearm from a Vehicle, a 10-year felony
One Count: Discharge of a Firearm at or in a Building, a 10-year felony
Four Counts: Felony-Firearm, each carrying a mandatory consecutive two-year prison sentence.
Over the objection of Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Anthony Sorentino, the court accepted the defendant's guilty plea pursuant to a Cobbs agreement providing for a two-year prison sentence.
