Mika Meyers attorney Brad Fowler was selected by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as a 2026 Leader in the Law. Many attorneys were nominated but only 34 were selected for this award.
Fowler focuses his practice on municipal law and litigation. Since becoming a member of Mika Meyers in 2020, he has built a respected statewide practice and serves as general counsel to ten Michigan municipalities including cities, villages and townships.
He has served on the firm’s Management Committee, chaired its Marketing Committee, served on the Lawyer Review Committee, and played an active role on the Recruitment Committee. He has helped recruit and develop attorneys, mentored colleagues, and contributed to the firm’s continued growth while expanding his own practice.
Fowler serves on the board of his children’s school and the parish council of his church and regularly volunteers in support of both communities. He previously served on the Board of Directors and Development Committee for Catholic Charities West Michigan and as a trustee of the Grand Rapids Bar Association.
