The Macomb County Bar Association’s Juvenile Law Committee recently presented a seminar taking a look at juveniles and threats to commit acts of terrorism. The featured speaker was Dr. Patrick Ryan (right), a retired clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist. Ryan’s pratice has involved treatment and assessment with an emphasis on clinical and forensic assessment of adults and children. He has also worked as an evaluator for the Department of Health and Human Services in Macomb County and was briefly involved with Macomb juvenile justice. Ryan is pictured with Michael Gibbs, chair of the Juvenile Law Committee.
