The Business Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan recently presented “That’s Not What I Meant: Drafting Tips for Corporate and LLC Documents” at the Columbia Center in Troy. The program discussed and provided sample language for drafting issues beyond the basics such as Deadlock, S elections by LLCs and Distributions. Among those speaking at the seminar were (left to right) Bruce Haffey of Giarmarco, Mullins, and Horton PC; Douglas Toering of Mantese Honigman; and Daniel Minkus of Clark Hill PLC.
