Macomb County has extended the deadline for the Workplace Safety Reimbursement grant to Friday, Oct. 9 at noon.
As part of this grant program, businesses with 500 or less employees may submit PPE and technology receipts/invoices for reimbursement of up to $20,000 (this is not a loan and therefore does not have to be paid back).
Restaurants can now submit outdoor patio furniture, umbrellas, pop-up tents and igloos.
Receipts / invoices must be dated between March 16 and Sept. 30, 2020.
Organizations that have received previous MEDC Restart grants or Macomb County Cares Act funding are eligible to apply.

Businesses having trouble submitting an application because files are extremely large or there are too many attachments should submit the application online with the W9 attached, then submit remaining
paperwork and receipts with contact information to grants@macombgov.org.
