The Traffic Safety Training Program of the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan (PAAM) will present “Advanced OWI Prosecutions 2021” on Tuesday, Feb. 23, online from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. via GotoWebinar.
This one-day webinar will cover some of the following areas:
• Overview of toxicology in drugged driving cases
• Overview of the Rules of Evidence
• Prosecuting vehicular homicide cases
The program is designed for prosecutors, assistant prosecutors, and traffic safety personnel.
There is no fee to attend this course.
