Lunch and Learn
The Southeast Chapter of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association (MMLA) hosted its September Lunch and Learn Social Media Workshop on the topic of “Context is King: How LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest Could Explode Your Business” presented by Dave Sullivan (center), marketing director at Credit Technologies, on Thursday, Sept. 12, at Hantz Bank in Southfield. Among those taking part were (l-r) Jen Reese with Value Services, MMLA Southeast Chapter president, and Karen Bondar with United Guaranty Residential Insurance Co., luncheon chairperson. “Today we’re going to talk about the importance of reaching the first time homebuyer through social media,” Sullivan explained. “We’re really going to go into the different ways to create context and relationships with people prior to them looking for a home or just at the beginning of that process.”
