The Oakland County Bar Association’s Juvenile Law Committee continued its Fundamentals of Juvenile Law – Year 8 brown bag lunch lecture series with “A View from the Bench” on Thursday, Aug. 7, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Among the Oakland County judges speaking at the event was Oakland County Probate Court Judge Linda Hallmark (right), chief judge pro tem, who was welcomed to the lecture by moderator Melinda Deel (left) of Melinda N.
