Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Richard Halloran (left) handed over the chair of the State Bar of Michigan’s Family Law Section to Kent Weichman during the recent SBM NEXT Conference at Cobo Center in Detroit. The Family Law Section provides education, information and analysis about issues of concern through meetings, seminars, this site, public service programs, and publication of a newsletter. Membership in the section is open to all members of the SBM.
