The Complex Commercial Litigation Committee of the Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, will present a panel of federal judges for a seminar on alternatives to a full trial and best practices for complex litigation.
“Complex Commercial Litigation Seminar — A Discussion with the Bench” will take place Thursday, Dec. 7, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Detroit Room at the Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit.
Lunch will be served. Cost is $15 for FBA members; $25 for non-members.
