National Business Institute presented “Top Tools for Curing Title Defects” on Monday, Jan. 13, at the Best Western Premier Detroit in Southfield. Among those speaking at the seminar was Ashley J. Prew (pictured), Of Counsel with The Law Offices of Casey D. Conklin PLC, who spoke on “Common Title Issues and Ways to Resolve Them” and “Utilizing Affidavits and Deeds (with Samples).” Prew focuses her practice in real estate litigation, estate planning and probate, as well as business law, tax matters, and intellectual property. Her practice has also included complex litigation matters involving contested estates, guardianship, and conservatorship proceedings.
