Cutline for Bar Execs
The Michigan Association of Bar Executives held its annual meeting on Friday, March 6, in Lansing. The group meets quarterly to share best practices and serves as a resource by which Bar Association executives increase efficiency and productivity. They also honored Kim Coleman, who has been the Grand Rapids Bar executive director for 19 years and who recently took a new position with the City of Lansing as its Human Relations Director. Officers of the MABE include: President Ramona Sain of Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan; Vice President and Treasurer Steve Pontoni of Michigan Association for Justice; Secretary Tatilla " Tina" Burroughs of the Genesee County Bar Association; and Immediate Past President Kyeena Slater of the Washtenaw County Bar Association.
