The Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan will present “Real Estate Outlook 2021” on Tuesday, November 17, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. online via Zoom.
The presentation will focus on 1918, when a strain of influenza infected one-third of the world’s population and claimed millions of lives. Speakers will offer context for, and insight into, the current circumstances and times to come.
The program will then continue with a discussion of how the pandemic has affected the real estate market, the public health and policy implications of changing use standards and protocols, legal issues coming to the forefront in the wake of massive business and real estate disruption, and other risks and opportunities possible in the coming year.
Cost for the program is $25 for RPL Section members and $35 for non-section members.
