The University of Michigan’s 18th Annual Private Equity Conference will kick-off on Nov. 17 with an evening reception at University of Michigan’s Golf Course hosted by the Women in Private Equity. The Michigan Private Equity Conference will be held on Nov. 18 at the University of Michigan Union. Hosted by the Center for Venture Capital and Private Equity Finance at the Ross School of Business, the University of Michigan Private Equity conference attracts hundreds of private equity and institutional finance professionals annually to connect and hear from the nation’s top thought leaders and deal makers. Topics on the agenda for this year’s conference include a panel on Secondaries Transactions moderated by Gary P. Blitz, Global Co-CEO, Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions, Phoenix/New York City. Darren Black, Managing Partner, Summit Partners, LLC, Boston MA will present on Capital Market Conditions in Life Sciences and Healthcare. Robert O’Sullivan, Managing Partner, Comvest Credit Partners, West Palm Beach, FL will share perspectives on Lending to Private Equity Firms. Ted Kramer, President, Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney, Indianapolis, IN and New York, NY will discuss Growth Capital and Buyout Private-Style Equity.
