The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, kicked off its annual luncheon series on Wednesday, September 13, with the “State of the Court” address by U.S. District Court Chief Judge Sean F. Cox (sixth from left), Eastern District of Michigan, at the Atheneum Hotel and International Conference Center in Detroit.
