Webinar looks at ‘Foolish Things Your Clients Do with AI’ Aug. 28

The National Business Institute will present a live video webinar looking at “6 Foolish Things Your Clients Do with AI - and How to Fix Them” on Wednesday, August 28, from 2 to 5:15 p.m.

The first case law regarding the use of generative AI is just coming in, but there is already a round-up of top risky things clients do that land them in hot water. This course will help attorneys advise against top risky behaviors and to provide safer alternatives in order to help clients harness this new power more safely.

The webinar will help attorneys:

• Get an update on the latest efforts to regulate the use of generative AI and help clients comply.

• Determine what red flag activities to review more carefully.

• Protect clients from "fake" generative AI vendors whose claims aren't backed up with real technical capabilities.

• Help clients create acceptable use policies.

• Spot and fix mistakes stemming from taking genAI outputs at face value.

• Get armed with the latest case law pertaining to generative AI.
