From Table to Trial
The Young Lawyers Section of the State Bar of Michigan presented “From Table to Trial: Mastering Dining Etiquette and Courtroom Decorum” on Monday, November 17, at Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse in Troy. The event was designed for law students and lawyers at all levels to sharpen their professional presence and gain practical insights — from the dining table to the courtroom. Speaking at the program were Danielle Kovachevich (left), CEO of the Detroit Academy of Etiquette; and Tim Lessing (center), speaking chair for the SBM Special Standing Committee on Professionalism & Civility. Attorney Elizabeth Erickson (right), of Oath Law, was happy to meet the speakers.
