Among the featured speakers at the program were Megan Lizbinski, deputy city clerk for the City of Dearborn, and Adam Fracassi, deputy secretary for the Board of State Canvassers. Lizbinski offered an “Overview of Elections in 2026: The Local Government Role,” while Fracassi discussed the topic, “Getting on the Ballot – and Surviving Review: Law, Language, and Lessons Learned.”
