New lawyer admission ceremony

The Macomb County Bar Association will conduct its new lawyer admission ceremony on Thursday, May 14, at 4 p.m. at the Macomb County Courthouse 3rd floor courtroom of 16th Circuit Court Chief Judge James Biernat Jr., 40 N. Main in Mt. Clemens.
Participants are asked to check in by 3:30 p.m.
Law school graduates who passed the bar exam and wish to register for the admission ceremony should contact Maddie Bennage at mbennage@macombbar.org or 586-468-2940, or visit www.macombbar.org and click on “events.”
Multi-generational workforce
discussed at NCSC webinar

Pro Bono Honor Roll
The deadline for submission is May 15.
The Pro Bono Honor Roll recognizes those who support access-to-justice efforts by providing qualifying pro bono legal services to low-income individuals and families in Michigan.
The 2025 Pro Bono Honor Roll recognized more than 800 Michigan-licensed attorneys who reported more than 34,500 hours of pro bono legal services in 2024.
