The Macomb County Bar Association and Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan recently presented another training event as part of their series of seminars for court appointments. The featured speaker at the Sentencing and Sentencng Mitigation seminar was Jacqueline McCann with the Michigan State Appellate Defender’s Office. The training sessions have been scheduled throughout the year at the Macomb Community College University Center in Clinton Township.
