Students welcome justice
The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Federalist Society welcomed Michigan Supreme Court Justice Marilyn Kelly (center) for a presentation and luncheon on Thursday, Oct. 13, at the law school.
On hand to welcome Kelly were (left to right) Andrea Misko, UDM Federalist Society President Matt Piccirilli, Matthew Crist, and Stacy Johnson.
"This gives the students the opportunity to learn the justice's legal philosophy and the personality behind the opinions," Piccirilli said.
