Nemeth Burwell’s Raising the Bar, an educational series raising employer awareness of current issues in employment and labor law presented by Nemeth Burwell PC, addressed recent developments at its Wednesday, Jan. 25, “2012 Labor and Employment Law Update” at the Troy Marriott.
Speaking at the program were Nemeth Burwell attorneys (left to right) Terry Bonnette, Erin Behler, and Cliff Hammond.
“We find that January is a good time for employers to step back, learn what’s happened and developed in labor and employment law over the past year so that they can take the time and get policies and procedures in place to adapt to those changes for the coming year,” said Bonnette.
