Presidential powers passed along at event

 The Wolverine Bar Association (WBA), the Wolverine Bar Foundation, and the Association of Black Judges of Michigan (ABJM) co-hosted their 2012 Presidents Reception on Friday, June 29, at the Rattlesnake Club in Detroit.
