The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) hosted its New Lawyers Workshop titled “Starting Strong: Effective Settlement Demand & Initial Pleading Practice” on Friday, July 13, at the law offices of Fieger, Fieger, Kenney, & Giroux in Southfield.
