New facility takes over Secretary of State Assigned Claims group
Under the authority granted by Public Act No. 204 of 2012, the Assigned Claims Facility has been transferred from the Secretary of State to the Michigan Automobile Insurance Placement Facility (MAIPF). All are encouraged to visit the website to review the statute changes, and to learn more about and to how contact MAIPF with any questions.
The MAIPF information to submit an application is as follows: Michigan Assigned Claims Plan, P.O. Box 532318, Livonia, 48153; fax (734) 943-6068; email info@michacp.org.
