Final Before the Bell Breakfast Forum provides 'Suitability Update'
Area investment advisors, registered representatives, and trust officers are invited to join Miller Canfield securities lawyers Michael P. Coakley and Todd A. Holleman who will provide a "Suitability Update" at the final Before the Bell Breakfast Forum in 2013. They will discuss suitability, including senior suitability, in light of FINRA's recent Regulatory Notice highlighting suitability examinations, common findings, and effective practices.
The forum will take place Thursday, Nov. 21, from 7:15 to 8:30 a.m. at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham.
There is no cost to attend. Space is limited to registered representatives, investment advisors, and trust officers. Advance reservations required. To register or for additional information, contact Sandy Bera at 248-267-3345 or bera@millercanfield.com.
