Seminar to look at 'Copyright Compliance Online (and Off)'
Ossian Law PC will present "Copyright Compliance Online (and Off)" on Tuesday, Feb. 11, from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at 701 Woodward Heights, Suite 117, in Ferndale.
Unauthorized use of software, oversharing subscription-based content, and posting images and text on a website without permission are just a few examples of potential copyright violations. Attendees will learn about how to keep their organization copyright compliant, the limitations of fair use, and what to do if one's creative content is being used without permission.
The program is free to Ossian Law clients; $25 for all others. Continental breakfast is included. Space is limited. Register online at http://1event.info/801C48396.
